Which Giti tyre is fitted to the Volkswagen ID. Buzz?
The Volkswagen ID. Buzz uses the GitiSynergy H2 as an original-equipment tyre in Europe. The published OE sizes are 235/60 R18 for the front axle and 255/55 R18 for the rear axle.
The GitiSynergy H2 uses a compound developed to reduce rolling resistance while retaining wear performance, wet and dry braking, and handling. The fitment achieved AA-rated EU label performance and became Giti’s first European EV nomination when the OE agreement with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles began in September 2023.
The same fitment was selected for the ID. Buzz World Tour, an approximately 80,000-kilometre journey planned across about 75 countries.
